Pros

This company offers great pay and a decent benefit package including 2 weeks of paid vacation a year, if you can find a time to take it.

Cons

Turnover is through the roof, from the top of the company all the way down, which leads to an inconsistent environment for team development. The corporate culture is and has been in a state of turmoil for the past couple of years.

Customers seem fairly laid back.

Cons

Many. Hired as a Bartender and Management was rude and aggressive, Specifically one Manager, Asked me, "WE GONNA HAVE A PROBLEM?!" Tried it out for a small period of time. They are very disorganized, Bugs and Dirty environment, Many walking health code violations. The pay for training is $7 PER HOUR. Below minimum wage. One coworker had hygiene so incredibly bad I could not work with him. They NEVER paid me. Did not make it long here. Stay Away, Run,
