Pros

Fast paced, opportunity to make money, great team members

Cons

Management sucks they always micromanage and are very inconsistent with each other. The CEO is a lunatic and will fire people after pledging years for the company without issuing a warning, high turnover at several locations but what do you expect, it’s a restaurant. If you are willing to put your sanity on the side to make money then this is it for you.

Customers seem fairly laid back.

Cons

Many. Hired as a Bartender and Management was rude and aggressive, Specifically one Manager, Asked me, "WE GONNA HAVE A PROBLEM?!" Tried it out for a small period of time. They are very disorganized, Bugs and Dirty environment, Many walking health code violations. The pay for training is $7 PER HOUR. Below minimum wage. One coworker had hygiene so incredibly bad I could not work with him. They NEVER paid me. Did not make it long here. Stay Away, Run,
