Pros

You get to gain great knowledge of different beers. You get to interact with different breweries.

Cons

The standards are ridiculous to maintain. As a tipped employee you constantly pressured to sell people on the companies beer program or risk losing your job. There is also no incentives given for being good at your job. The management is over worked which effects their interaction with guests and employees. If you would like more than one shirt for your uniform you have to pay for it even if you work full time.

Customers seem fairly laid back.

Cons

Many. Hired as a Bartender and Management was rude and aggressive, Specifically one Manager, Asked me, "WE GONNA HAVE A PROBLEM?!" Tried it out for a small period of time. They are very disorganized, Bugs and Dirty environment, Many walking health code violations. The pay for training is $7 PER HOUR. Below minimum wage. One coworker had hygiene so incredibly bad I could not work with him. They NEVER paid me. Did not make it long here. Stay Away, Run,
