Pros
Might make a friend or 2. However if you are looking for $ pros I do not have any. Corporate has squeezed any good thing out of working there
Cons
They will hire drugged out idiots to work in the kitchen which in a fast-paced environment like Taco Mac will completely throw the whole front end of the restaurant out of whack of course what you will get blamed for in the eyes of the customer and your tips will reflect that. Instead of getting cleaning services like restaurants normally do they make you clean the toilets while you’re on duty. Disgusting and should be a health violation. They make you jump through 50 different types of hoops just to be able to serve in the bar area where you can work then for nine hours and maybe break $100.
