Pros

It was fun working with the other servers! Very flexible with schedules. Managers were nice when they were having a good day. Money was decent for a broke college student.

Cons

Management was always talking about replacing us even though we actually did our job. Kept telling us we weren't good enough even though the cooks would be missing from the kitchen and smoking weed outside and they never got yelled at. You aren't really given a time to take a break even if you are working a double. Not allowed to be caught sitting. Some of the managers have no people skills.

Customers seem fairly laid back.

Cons

Many. Hired as a Bartender and Management was rude and aggressive, Specifically one Manager, Asked me, "WE GONNA HAVE A PROBLEM?!" Tried it out for a small period of time. They are very disorganized, Bugs and Dirty environment, Many walking health code violations. The pay for training is $7 PER HOUR. Below minimum wage. One coworker had hygiene so incredibly bad I could not work with him. They NEVER paid me. Did not make it long here. Stay Away, Run,
