Pros

The events, the administration, the location are awesome. I love how my thoughts are always heard, my suggestions taken into account, and how the management reacts towards each feedback or suggestion.

Cons

TaskUs is a growing company. Young at that. Rooms for improvements will always be a given and negative rumors/feedbacks will always be there since not everyone would be impressed with each update or upgrade. This could be painful at some points, but always know that each output is being addressed.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
