Pros

Light workload, better pay especially for newbies, great incentives. Employee-centered, culture-centered. They management values employee's well-being. Yoga session, meal planning session, fairs by different clubs where you can put up a cart and endorse/sell your products. Jam nights with unli BOOOOOZE once a month with guest celebrity performers.

Cons

New account, most approaches/policies are on trial phase. New rules are rolled out very often. But it's very manageable. I wanted to try out to be a trainer/QA but since there are only few LOBs opening, competition is tough. There are lots of reliable agents opting for a trainer and QA posts.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
