Pros
Layback environment. World class lame company and I will tell you more.
Cons
Worked at this company from 2017-2020. I would like to say that this company was a good one, but I would be lying. I don’t even know where to start. 1. Poor management. 2. How can we be the voice of improvement when no one listens and follows through 3. Favoritism at its absolute finest 4. Who says training has to be chaotic! You don’t need to be apart of a hacka dance in order to follow directions the training is dumb. And even with the orientation it sets the tone for confusion. Cause it ain’t so fun when you leave orientation. 5. Your trainers are horrible! Anyone can read a tablet or a book and teach themselves. No originality. 6. What’s the point of a contracting job when you are graded every month! And when we tell you there is an issue it’s to always be ignored! And then the CEO are looking like deer in the headlights asking “what can we do to be better” umm how about listen and take action. Instead of jumping from building to building focus on the issue at hand. 7. Stop handing side job/ projects to people who are being underpaid! You have higher ups getting paid salary picking their nose and they are asking the hourly employees to do more! Talk about mental wellness and work life balance 8. PAY MORE!! Inflation is horrible and your company pays as if we are still in 2007. 9. Stop hiring children to manage adults. It’s so frustrating when you hire a 24 yr old with no statistical background, no experience with different personalities, who doesn’t know a lick of proper vocabulary and cannot stop using the filler word “um”. 10. DO BETTER!
