Pros
I have enjoyed the level of expertise and the ease to access help. Due to the corporate structure that encourages collaboration, receiving help from others is a great benefit when I am working with clients. I have worked for various other large firms as well as the public sector and hands down this is the best place to work
Cons
If there is a negative, I still have not seen it. Working at other large firms I can tell you that the challenges here are nothing compared to other corporate structures.
