Great collaboration with some offices and subsidiaries and great opportunity to build an office, develop new clients and staff.
Cons
Company is too big and to centered on making money and too afraid to take any chances of altering the planned annual profit forecast. If profit is tracking low layoffs are conducted to make up for lack of profit. If you have a good year and work 60 hours a week to keep up with client demand you get no bonus nor any overtime pay.
