Pros

EDA support is good, profit sharing is good, Some opportunity for learning within the company if your manager is supportive of individual technical development.

Cons

Process development support is lacking, lots of company politics, little opportunity for innovation, everything focused on schedule and delivery

Pros

Fun coworkers. Above average PTO

Cons

Layoffs- Don't think you're safe. There's always one around the corner. The NVIDIA tide is lifting all boats now but don't be surprise when they start cutting once the bubble pops. They were happy to keep hiring during the COVID chip shortage.. Profit sharing keeps effectively getting cut. Wouldn't really mind if they didn't keep promoting it when recruiting talent. Ad hoc criteria for WFH (HR is always watching).
