Over loaded with extreme work pressure. No replacements for people who leave instead dump workload on current employees without any financial benefits. Limited growth opportunities. Promotion and financial benefits depends on Manager’s personal liking or disliking

-competitive salary and performance incentives, but profit sharing has been significantly reduced -merits only gets you so far. if you're not in the right circle, your career will likely stay exactly where it is

Cons

- toxic work culturee, expected to handle an extremely high workload, -heavily output-driven environment,treat people like robots -leadership lacks clear direction, constant changes in priorities and poor planning -working on weekends became an expectation -no work-life balance, no ot paid -workplace politics. too much favoritism, promoting and hiring their own people -HR is ineffective and fails to protect the employees, - pulse survey are completed under pressure, honest feedback are not welcome, and we dont trust the company - leadership at the malaysia VP level lacked of strategy,. and long term planning.decisions influenced by internal politics or their own people,rather than best interests of employees
