Pros

Cool work environment, only work 3/4 days a week

Cons

Nobody who works for TI gets reprimanded for anything, 3 hours breaks, showing up an hour late, sleeping on the job... but if you work there as a temp, you will get punished for not doing the work of your sleeping coworker.
