Pros

It's a good place to learn the basics of the semiconductor industry. There are strong processes in place for every aspect of bringing a chip from concept to mass production.

Cons

It is a very large company, and can feel like there is a process for everything. That can be helpful when doing standard products, but can become a challenge when trying to do something new or different.
