Pros

Great environment Smart colleagues Encourages to try new roles

Cons

Need to constantly move around in different roles Sometimes you end up in situation where your managers are not very finance savvy due to movement Not very flexible work environment - very old school as to have people always be at their desk. They are trying to work on it but progress very slow. Working parents who like to be involved with their kids are struggling.
