Pros

Decent WLB depending on manager. Smart people to work with.

Cons

Very outdated technology. Fab buildings are old and not well kept, which is crazy considering that’s where most of the revenue is coming from.

Pros

Fun coworkers. Above average PTO

Cons

Layoffs- Don't think you're safe. There's always one around the corner. The NVIDIA tide is lifting all boats now but don't be surprise when they start cutting once the bubble pops. They were happy to keep hiring during the COVID chip shortage.. Profit sharing keeps effectively getting cut. Wouldn't really mind if they didn't keep promoting it when recruiting talent. Ad hoc criteria for WFH (HR is always watching).
