Pros

Descent pay at a stable company

Cons

Rotation program is a joke. They have you work in 2 different areas then "deploy" you to the one that you are best at. Its like you are in the army and you are "deployed" to a place without any say in the matter. Quality of work is bad. Stay analog or MSP430 because any other department is not stable as there are layoffs frequently.
