Pros

An open minded company, the working pace is slow which means it's good for your family and WLB.

Cons

Cost started to become the most critical thing comparing to employee safety, compliance, and other important values. TI started to value less for talented employees which leads to resignation of a lot of good talents. A good company to stay with if you'd like to slow down and make limited innovation.
