Thanks for the feedback. While we're happy you enjoy the flexibility and stability that we offer, we're really disheartened that you don't feel cared for as a member of our staff. The Cheesecake Factory started as a family business and is still run by the same founder to this day. One of his core values is treating our guests and our staff with respect and making sure that everyone has a great experience with us. The reason we allow guests to create their own dishes is because The Cheesecake Factory is supposed to be a place that everyone can enjoy. Our purpose is to create a wonderful guest experience for everyone, no matter what that entails. As for not having the right tools - that's definitely an issue. Are you familiar with cake talk? If not, log into the portal and use it. It's a forum where staff members can go and make suggestions to corporate. If you feel you don't have the tools necessary to do your job well, we need to hear about it and fix that immediately. We want you to feel set up for success so that our guests can get the experience they expect as well. I hope that your experience with us changes.
