Pros
The money is good averaging $20 and hour in high season (Feb-May) we stay steady through the summer when other restaurants in area do not. Most servers have been here for years. Its fun working with friends! Health Insurance is offered and incentives to bring in new talent. Promoting from within is huge! Easy to relocate to another location and there are options to open new restaurants all over the country!
Cons
The hard working servers are sometimes overlooked with so many servers on the floor. Like anywhere there will be servers that don't pull as much weight as I do and that can be frustrating feel unfair. But at the end of my shift I'm usually pleased with the money I made in a short amount of time. After all, that's why I'm serving anyway!!!
