Pros
I met a lot of awesome people and made some friends with coworkers who are still in my life. We also got free bread and soup which was awesome.
Cons
They are unwilling to pay their employees appropriately and they get away with it via corporate legal loopholes. During the pandemic, it was impossible to make fair wages but as long as your pay averaged out to be minimum wage in a 2 week pay period, there's nothing you can do about it. We were at 25% capacity yet still had way too many servers and food runners on. None of us made a liveable wage. It was awful and I will never work for a food-chain like this ever again. They DO NOT care about their employees and wonder why they have a high turnover rate (which they lie about by the way, they say it's only 11% but every server I started with quit within a few months).
