Pros
Cheesecake is a huge operation; massive menu, massive staff, huge restaurant. Definitely unlike any other restaurant i have served in. However, i've now served in the company for five years and i ultimately still feel like i'm at the best place for myself in this line of work. check averages are much higher than most corporate chain restaurants, so long as you do your job well you can make great money. scheduled support staff is great but should also be tipped out accordingly (between 40-80$ on average i'd say, in total tipouts). Management needs better in house communication, but i feel that all management hires are generally more reliable than mgmnt of other restaurants can be.
Cons
-some general managers prefer the method of over staffing/under scheduling -schedule is released only 1 week at a time -management can feel uncoordinated and contradictory -extremely large restaurant with very, very large staff makes it hard to know everyone you work with or even feel a need to know them at times.
