      Favoritism Gossip Lack of Corporate accountability and oversight over their own direct workload, passing blame down the ladder to management actually working in stores along with stylists. Also habitual payroll errors

      Great training, patient, kind, skilled and smart. Amazing management. Owners / upper management seem to really genuinely care. They bought me sheers better than my school pair, co workers lend tools to help you out its fantastic

      Petty drama but I don’t pay much attention to that so it’s not a con for me
