You'll not get ahead if you show your full potential because Management become bothered when your ideas and professionalism outshine their outdated practices and unsafe methods... not to mention the intimidation and dehuminizing of the residents and playing favorites to those keep quite and never challenge the mistreatment; one Manager will fib and the other Manager will swear to it -- that's their definition of teamwork, gang up on whoever, resident or employee, and terminate or evict them!

- Benefits - 401K Plan - Pay for position was adequate

Cons

- No advancement opportunities, only outside hires - Management does not communicate effectively with staff aside from demands - Turn was disorganized and managers would just walk around in a little clique pushing a cleaning cart to look busy - Training for calls/policies was non-existant and managers would seem frustrated with questions or just ignore them
