WARNING TO ALL CURRENT TMO EMPLOYEES! On December 23, 2021, I posted a review on Indeed...four days later my employment was terminated, by text message, while suffering at home with COVID-19 fraudulently brought to work by the Community Manager; Merry Christmas to me, right! Long story short; My post was about Managers needing better training. Note: I was warned never to question what this Manager said or did or I'd be written up. HR said I was terminated for lack of communication with, and disrespectful to Management THE SAME EXACT THING TMO's MANAGEMENT DID TO ME, DID TO PREVIOUS COWORKERS, AND DID TO OUR SENIOR RESIDENTS, PRIOR TO...AND THE ENTIRE TIME THAT I WAS EMPLOYED @ The Michaels Organization!!...HR never bothered to investigate the text communication that I was preparing to blow the whistle on Management! Again! Prior to my returning for work to face the perpetrators, I was terminated to silence my attempt at exposing Management's misconduct(s) and abuse(s), not only to myself, but for abuse to our Senior Citizens! There's reason to believe my termination was premeditated due to statutes of limitations expiring on a 2019 complaint I filed (yes, retaliation took place soon after that complaint). And on the day I was terminated, the VP of TMO posted his own Indeed review stating how the Organization's top priority was employees being happy! Where was this guy the past three years? Nonetheless, be warned; because it doesn't matter that you have perfect attendance and emergency call-ins, the highest rated Annual Performance Reviews, you're loved by the Residents because you go above and beyond to protect them from Management abuse, you promote TMO's motto, Communities That LIFT Lives", your workmanship is second-to-none, or that the professionalism you bring ranks higher than any TMO representative you've met!...you will be invalidated for not being loyal to bad Management (Narcissists destroy lives... that's what they do best...and should never be allowed in positions of authority to control and rob PEOPLE of their freedom and liberty)!
