They have a great work and life balance with a great Work from home policy and balance of working both in office and off the office

Cons

Constant chatter in the specific area where I worked in. Specifically in the accounts receivables and payables department. When I worked with the accounts receivables and payables departments, they have staff constantly chatter and talk about anything but they have a lack of focus on the task at hand. I had to use my headphones with permission from my supervisor, Theresa Rogers and Melanie Gilbert, and I appreciated their approval, but I hoped I would’ve used some focus at work without headphones.

- Benefits - 401K Plan - Pay for position was adequate

Cons

- No advancement opportunities, only outside hires - Management does not communicate effectively with staff aside from demands - Turn was disorganized and managers would just walk around in a little clique pushing a cleaning cart to look busy - Training for calls/policies was non-existant and managers would seem frustrated with questions or just ignore them
