Pros
You learn a lot and are given a lot of interesting projects to work on so you learn. The culture is pretty open, even executives keep it real and don't keep secrets, which is refreshing.
Cons
There's a lack of direction, which makes it difficult to get work done. You might see a lot of promotions, but I've heard many have had several title promotions, but little to no pay increases. The executives sweep a lot of the benefit on deals. They live large and leave crumbs for the people who actually do the work. Base and total comp are significantly under market as you get higher in seniority. You'll be asked to work in a much larger capacity than your pay reflects. They preach a family culture, people will treat you like family, but when a business decision needs to be made, they'll quickly treat you like a stranger. People are nice but when the opportunity presents itself the will turn into sharks and stab you in the back.
