Good pay, they throw a lot of bonuses at you as well. Good amount of opportunities.

Cons

They don’t have any training environment that’s useful. Awful management Extremely sneaky Bad practices behind closed doors They don’t care about the residents in any way, all they care about is looking good. Even if it means keeping secrets about poor construction or bad mistakes they’ve made Work life balance does not exist They lie, more than I’ve ever seen a company do to their very own employees, to residents, and to partners.

- Benefits - 401K Plan - Pay for position was adequate

Cons

- No advancement opportunities, only outside hires - Management does not communicate effectively with staff aside from demands - Turn was disorganized and managers would just walk around in a little clique pushing a cleaning cart to look busy - Training for calls/policies was non-existant and managers would seem frustrated with questions or just ignore them
