Good pay, good teammates, good benefits

Cons

On the affordable side, it can be hard to get the money needed for repairs. Also, priority is placed on new leases over existing residents, under the excuse that “we just don’t have the money.” Additionally, the RM expected us to violate aspects of the CARES act.

- Benefits - 401K Plan - Pay for position was adequate

Cons

- No advancement opportunities, only outside hires - Management does not communicate effectively with staff aside from demands - Turn was disorganized and managers would just walk around in a little clique pushing a cleaning cart to look busy - Training for calls/policies was non-existant and managers would seem frustrated with questions or just ignore them
