Although some may not feel the same, for me working with Michaels was the best experience I’ve had in property management/maintenance.

Cons

Don’t have any cons at the moment other than the fact that the closest “sister” property was maybe 2.5 hours away

- Benefits - 401K Plan - Pay for position was adequate

Cons

- No advancement opportunities, only outside hires - Management does not communicate effectively with staff aside from demands - Turn was disorganized and managers would just walk around in a little clique pushing a cleaning cart to look busy - Training for calls/policies was non-existant and managers would seem frustrated with questions or just ignore them
