I work with a team that is willing to help any time and share the wealth of knowledge. Very family oriented.

Cons

Driving so often to sites that are so far away. It creates dead air time and your unable to answer emails quickly or take calls due to poor reception in very rural areas where sites are located.

- Benefits - 401K Plan - Pay for position was adequate

Cons

- No advancement opportunities, only outside hires - Management does not communicate effectively with staff aside from demands - Turn was disorganized and managers would just walk around in a little clique pushing a cleaning cart to look busy - Training for calls/policies was non-existant and managers would seem frustrated with questions or just ignore them
