Pros

1. The ability to work remotely 2. 401K Employer Match

Cons

1. Customer service representatives are expected to sell the poor benefits of their premium service and given less then 10% of the money they bring in 2. For a company that provides mental health care, their front line workers are put in a high stress environment. Sadly, zero benefits are provided to protect the mental health of their workers. 3. Low performers are promoted with pay raises over high performers 4. Billing department practices are causing patients more anxiety and stress 5. Extremely poor company culture and high turnover

Thanks so much for sharing this! We're glad to hear that you've had such a positive experience building your caseload and support from your supervisor. We're actively working to streamline the tools clinicians have to juggle day to day. If you have feedback to share, please pass it along to your RCD — we'd love to hear it. Thanks for being part of the Thriveworks team!

Pros

Being able to provide therapy that helps clients achieve goals and improved functioning; scheduling flexibility; remote and in-office; offers benefits, such as insurance and 401K.

Cons

Company has changed to a corporate focus with financial gain being emphasized; leave is insufficient for clinicians; fee for service pay that does not compensate for admin work; removed management; billing and support department issues.
