Pros
Torrid is a great environment where customers are a thrilled to find that they can look good in any thing they choose to. Honestly seeing the customers face light up when they find outfits that make them feel beautiful is one of my favorite aspects of the job as well as working together as a team with other women who have a common goal. My manager is awesome, the benefits are decent and the employee discount is great!
Cons
Not enough payroll to staff efficiently so often times customer service isn't what it could be and/or tasking doesn't get done. There just doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to get everything done. The paperwork is a little outdated which puts us behind tasks at times.
