Love the company; disliked management - Associate Torrid Employee Review

- Very very part-time (if the store doesn’t have hours or it’s slow you get cut) - Treated very unprofessionally by management (on more than one occasion the staff was treated like the managers children) - Lack of mutual respect - Lack of empathy - Lack of equal enforcement of rules and regulations - Berated and belittled almost every shift - Expected to be at the same level as someone who’s worked for the company for 10yrs within the first 3 months
