Want you to sell as if you were commission based, rude customers, do not back up employees, have policies in place you will get in trouble for following if a customer complains. I have had complaints from customers from following the company’s return policy and have gotten in trouble because I followed policy. I recently had a customer complaint made against me because the item she wanted to exchange was no longer available and she became upset. Short of sewing it myself I am not sure how I could have changed the situation. Yet I was again talked to. This company wants miracles worked yet as a part of management that works 30+ hours a week I do not receive benefits vacation and am only paid 80 cents more than minimum.
