Styling customers is really fun. You get the chance to make a difference to someone that may not have a positive body image

Depending on the number of associates that amount of available hours can be limited.

Great employee discount, loyal customers.

Cons

Too focused on profit margin to care about employees and customers. Clothing has gone out of style and is constantly trying to keep up with competitors like Maurices and Aerie. Several stores have closed in my area due to low sales.
