Pros
The best things about working for Torrid is the over all feel of being in the store I work at. I love my management team. We have so much fun working together but also work really hard to meet our planed goal for sales along with helping each other develop our sales technique. It also helps that we get an amazing discount, which could be considered a con depending on how much self control you have! Its great working with a product I love as well. Its so much fun for me to help customers shop and find the perfect outfit for whatever the occasion. Nothing like getting paid to play dress up!
Cons
The only problem I have is hours. I feel like we should maybe have less associates and give more hour to the few we have. It makes it really hard on the pocket when your only getting maybe 8 hours a week.
