Pros
The trucks started on a regular basis. Surprisingly, a paycheck never bounced. Management has no idea what they are doing so you can get away with a lot.
Cons
Too much to list. Turnover is massive for a reason. Product is late being delivered to the drivers all the time. Recalls happen regularly which comes out of the drivers pocket directly. The sales meetings are a complete waste of time. They said there was a 8% allowance for returns, there is zero allowance. Drivers get paid 12% commission, but get full charges for stale. Ex: you sell a $1.00 bag of tortillas to a store and you get $.12 commission . It doesn't sell so you give the store a $1.00 credit. The company now charges the driver a full dollar. They made $.88 cents per item on the drivers labor. Then the stale item is sold to hog farmers. They make $$$ on the drivers 3 times. This is the tip of the iceberg. I was only there for a short time, like most everyone.
