Pros

Pay is awesome, but you will earn every penny especially when dealing with the day shift crew. 2nd shift and 3rd shift crews are great all around, but watch out for 1st shift especially QA

Cons

1st shift!!!!! Management!! Management will be the downfall of this company, it will be what does this company in unfortunately, I see great potential for this company to grow if they get the right people in the right positions, they already in the company, just in the wrong positions at the moment.

May be a far commute for many employees due to rural location.

hard to come up with one

Cons

Absolutely toxic environment. if you are thinking about working here.... don't! Production manager and supervisors will just make your life miserable if you file a complaint. Upper management could care less and will actually blame you if you file a complaint against a supervisor.
