Pros

- Free Pizzas - Free Soda - Free Chips packets

Cons

- Toxic Work Culture - Bossy leadership - Useless Directors and people at higher management (People with no relevant experience leading important tech hierarchies) - Nepotism and favoritism ( They will keep favourite but incompetent people safe from layoffs) - No products achieving real world impact, incompetent higher management - Its just junkyard of Retail POS, only thing working is their retail OS and POS machines don't be mistaken its not a software company - This is perfect example of When poor leadership, lack of planning, or incompetence creates a toxic work environment, it destroys the careers and well-being of hardworking people. Leaders and managers must act with clarity, empathy, and accountability to protect their teams from burnout and unfair roadblocks.

Pros

The people I worked with were talented, hardworking, and genuinely cared about delivering for customers. There were opportunities to work on large, complex retail transformation programs and gain exposure to global teams and enterprise-scale initiatives. Many individual contributors went above and beyond to support each other despite challenging circumstances.

Cons

In my experience, the recent changes in Delivery leadership have resulted in significant instability, inconsistent direction, and an increasingly unprofessional work environment. Teams were expected to continually adapt to shifting priorities and unrealistic expectations, creating unnecessary chaos and frustration. Rather than fostering collaboration and trust, the culture became reactive, with low morale, increasing burnout, and the loss of experienced employees. It became difficult to focus on delivering quality work when so much energy was spent navigating leadership challenges.
