In my experience, the recent changes in Delivery leadership have resulted in significant instability, inconsistent direction, and an increasingly unprofessional work environment. Teams were expected to continually adapt to shifting priorities and unrealistic expectations, creating unnecessary chaos and frustration. Rather than fostering collaboration and trust, the culture became reactive, with low morale, increasing burnout, and the loss of experienced employees. It became difficult to focus on delivering quality work when so much energy was spent navigating leadership challenges.

Toxic management, micro-management, and poor leadership that diminish employee morale are prevalent issues in this organization. Often, executives and leaders tend to place blame on others rather than accept responsibility for failures. When employees raise concerns to management, they are told that they are not being team players. Additionally, HR is more focused on protecting the company than on supporting the staff.
