Pros

Great coworkers that always made you feel welcome and happy to be there, not to difficult of a position to excel in.

Cons

Owners never seemed to care about the employees from housekeepers to management and were reluctant to fix any complaints that guests had. It felt as if they just wanted to make as much money possible with putting nothing in.

More staff would be nice but understand budget constraints.

Accommodating around classes, simple and easy-enough tasks, pleasant interactions with guests daily, and the hotel is in great shape, which makes the job even easier

Cons

Can be overwhelmingly busy on weekends, requires kowtowing to guests
