Pros
Co-workers tend be friendly towards one another making the job more tolerable. With this being a retail establishment it tends to calm down during the work week.
Cons
Poor Management makes the job more difficult than it truly needs to be. Low pay makes working here alone less practical. During the weekend which is typically the busiest time, the store is often understaffed. The equipment needed used is typically in non working order. When closing we usually end up staying an extra 2-3 hours after the store has closed.
