Low Pay Overworked - I started off as a part timer and was already doing jobs that required at least a 3 person team. when I became a supervisor, the work load easily tripled as I was in charge of half the store and had no team, the employees that wanted to help were forced to stand at cash registers all day by the assistant manager even though we already had 2 other dedicated cashiers. Others full-time employees were overworked already and could barely help themselves. That left me with no help as we had low hours, low customer volume, low pay, and overworked, that resulted in low morale, which made it miserable. So when I tasked went uncompleted it resulted in calls from the District Manager, which resulted in store manager coming down on you, but when you're asked about what solutions cane be made then all you get is excuses, empty promises, an them sitting on their hands. If you were full time you didn't have a social life, because all your extra time was spent in the store covering for errors made in schedules by the managers. Management meetings never includes all management. So information on those were always on a need-to-know-basis.
