Pros
Good customers, minus the occasional coddling parent and screaming child. During the holidays they provided food often. Good pay and hours.
Cons
The company has bad coupons. They exclude things that aren't written as exclusions, leaving it up to you to explain that to an angry customer. The managers tend to let you argue with a customer over something for a very long time before swooping in and "white knighting" giving the customer what they want while you look like a jerk for following the rules. Poor on the job training. Managers are rarely around when you need them.
