Unorganized from the top down....company has an identity crisis because of toys and babies,cannot run all stores alike - Store Manager Toys "R" Us Employee Review

Unorganized, very reactive leadership with lack of clear vision. Try to make a number to make the company look good on paper but it is unreal. Cannot run productive effective operations with unreachable goals on limited payroll to show profit for potential investors. Trying to turn around the company by cutting everywhere to attempt to sell off. The logistics and inventory management is antiquated. The prompts for getting credit, protection plans slows down check out, especially when the hours alot for one cashier.
