You can use your employee discount virtually on anything and they offer heath insurance.
Cons
Horrible managers and supervisors; constantly bully and belittle employes. They constantly make you work longer, even if you have to pick up kids, they threaten to fire you. They make you work longer hours and then yell at you for going over hours they forced you to work. They give you bad employee reviews even if your an exceptional employee. They force you to force credit card applications and loyalty cards on employes, as well as customers. Stores are never cleaned well; especially the vents, a hazard to asthmatics. They have out dated computers that constantly need rebooting and your yelled at for slowing down on your job. They make you do more than what can be completed in a single job day then harass you for not finishing said work. Heath insurance can only be enroll in in certain time frames; they never have an date to telly you. So you are constantly told not yet or you just missed the enrollment date.
