The company does not care about its people.They do not value keeping employees long term. They pay external job candidates more than their internal. They do not respect your personal time or have any idea about work/life balance. They are open extreme hours during the holidays and you need to work on Thanksgiving. They are very tight with hours for hourly employees. The upper leadership does not support the store management. They simply do not care about the employees.
