Pros
Paid time off, vacation, sick leave (also a joke). Offer crappy in-case-u-get-sick insurance for part timers. Better ins. for f/t. The friendships you create w/ the coworkers... Also the fact that it's a toy store!
Cons
The company as a whole knows how to make you feel unappreciated. Certain Mgr's will decrease your hours if you ask for a change in schedule (weeks or months in advance). The raises are once a year only. The max is .25. The management "tree" is a little iffy as to who is your boss. They rarely promote from within, and once promoted they offer you very low pay.
