Pros
The employees were really good to work with and we all mostly did our best to help each other around the store as it was needed. I enjoyed working with customers as well, since most that came into the store outside of the Christmas season were regulars. The job itself wasn't physically demanding outside of working trucks. My management team was friendly and got along with almost everyone on the job.
Cons
Despite not being a physically demanding job, corporate tends to cut corners and cut hours to a bare minimum for different projects. They also expect an individuals to take on lots of responsibilities without offering acceptable pay raises or other incentives to strive at the job. I left due to pay and the stress from Christmas season.
